In this 1.5 hr session, we’ll begin with some guided body conditioning to help you understand and activate the key muscles used in belly dance. From there, we’ll move into the fundamentals of tribal fusion belly dance, exploring essential hip movements like lifts, pelvic locks, mayas, and infinities, along with fluid arm pathways characteristic of the style.
We’ll wrap up the session with a short, fun choreography, giving you a chance to bring everything together and leave with a sense of flow and completion.
